CAR PARKING
Free onsite car parking for up to 60 cars for customer use only.
CAR HIRE
We have arrangements with a number of local and national car hire companies including chauffeur driven cars, please contact us for more details.
LAUNDRY
We provide a sameday laundry service, tariffs are displayed with in rooms, service is not available during public holidays or Sundays.
SMOKING
We have a limited number of smoking rooms and smoking is restricted within the public areas of the hotel, from March 2006 the hotel will be totally non-smoking to comply with government legislation.
CURRENCY & CREDIT CARDS
We accept £ sterling travellers cheques.
We also accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express.
Cheques are only accepted with a valid bankers card and on UK bank accounts.
We exchange US dollars when possible.
MEDICAL & DENTAL
24 local medical service is available, please note that this is an external service and you may be asked for payment. Culloden House has no agreement with the local health service and accepts no responsibility.
PETS
We accept small, well behaved dogs. Dogs must not be left unattended in the bedroom and are not allowed in any public areas (with exception to guide dogs). Any damage or soiling will be charged at full cost which the hotel has incurred.
SPECIAL DIETS
We can cater for just about any special diet, advance warning is required.
PACKED & PICNIC MEALS
Packed lunch menus are available and must be ordered by 20.00 hours the previous evening. Gourmet packed luncheons with Champagne, Smoked Salmon etc.. are also available
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in is from 15.00hours or possibly earlier by prior arrangement.
Check out is by 11.00 hours or later if by prior arrangement, this will be charged at £25.00 per additional hour if available.
Please respect the above timings, the hotel requirements to service guest rooms for arriving parties takes time.
VALUABLES
There are no safes in your room but we do have safe bags which will be kept in the General Managers safe should you wish.
Items of value should be deposited with reception, a receipt will be issued and must be shown to reclaim items deposited.
Please be aware that it is the customers responsibility to reclaim items left in safe keeping, should you leave and not reclaim your deposited items it will be your responsibility to arrange for collection and payment of such service.
COMMUNICATIONS
Internet access, e-mail and business services are available from reception.
TOUR DESK AND TOURIST INFORMATION
We have an area within reception with tourist information on various local activities and attractions. Reception will be happy to assist with bo0oking or recommending a host of activities.
SPORTING ACTIVITIES
Culloden House's location makes it ideal for a host of sporting activities. Mountain walking is only a 30 minute drive away, there are 49 golf courses within an hours drive, we have two mountain bikes for hire and the skiing slopes of Cairngorm are only 30 minutes away, please call us for more information. |
