Laundry
A full same day laundry service is available in the hotel for machine washable items. A laundry card and bag may be found in your room. Dry cleaning items may take up to two days. Iron and ironing boards are available for temporary use by guests. Contact reception.
Smoking
We currently have five non smoking bedrooms and two non smoking dining areas.
Special Diets
We can cater for just about any special diet if we have enough advance notice.
Check In and Check Out
Check In is from 2pm.
Check Out is by 12 noon unless special arrangements have been made with your reservation.
Country Club
The pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gymnasium are open from

- Sat 8am - 7pm
- Sun 8am - 8.30pm
Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Hair and Beauty
To complete your total relaxation we have a hairdresser and beautician on site. We recommend you book in advance.

Packed Lunches
If you are going out on a day excursion we can arrange a packed lunch. Please contact reception the night before for details.
Payment
Final bills can be settled by cash, cheque (with a valid guarantee card), Sterling traveller's cheques or by major credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch or Solo).
Valuables
There are no safes in your room but items of value can be deposited with reception.
Secretarial Services
For a small charge guests may use the hotel photocopier or fax. Stationary, stamps and business services are available from reception.
